Office Manager
Angela Lau serves as the Office Manager and plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of the clinic. She oversees human resources, product management, and inventory, and is actively involved in program development to support the clinic’s growth and efficiency. Angela also works closely with patients and vendors to ensure smooth communication and a high standard of service throughout the practice.
Jillian Friesen
Ultrasound Technologist
Jillian Friesen is the clinic’s Ultrasound Technologist and plays a vital role in vein procedures. She assists during treatments and provides ultrasound imaging support, including troubleshooting and real-time guidance to ensure procedures are performed safely and effectively.
Sandy Mak
Administrative Staff & Intake Nurse Specialist
Sandy Mak is a key member of the administrative team and one of the first points of contact for patients. In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Sandy is a Hong Kong trained nurse, and independently serves as our clinic’s Intake Nurse Specialist. Her combined clinical and administrative expertise helps ensure patients receive thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate care from their first visit.
